Welcome to the Carnival of Creative Growth #20. This edition offers quite a smorgasbord of quality articles for your enjoyment.

I ask for your help with this carnival. I need advice from you loyal readers on how sharply I should prune the submissions. Sometimes I do not prune too many because I sympathize with the writers and enjoy giving them a platform for their voices.

Other times I prune heavily, probably most when I am feeling swamped by the masses of mediocre or worse writing that can be found on the internet.

This particular carnival has hit a middle balance at the moment. I discarded a lot of submissions, but many still remain.

So please give my your comments telling me why you come to this carnival and what you hope to find here. I would really appreciate it.
