		<description>Kris,
Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed the interview. I prefer to let Erin speak for herself on her view of the benefits of lucid dreaming, and she did articulate some of them clearly in this article.

For myself, although I find it highly interesting, lucid dreaming is not something I have personally pursued.

While subconscious processing is important, how much dream time is required for it will vary from individual to individual, depending on well they process while awake.

The reason I have not directed my efforts into lucid dreaming is that dream time can also be a time of energy work that may not be at conscious awareness.

Sometimes I am aware of it and sometimes I merely have a sense something large was occurring. This can be service work for others, or educational processes for myself.

So my personal reason is that I have been more focussed on those processes and they have more importance for me than pursuing lucid dreaming at this time. Which is not to say I might not change at some point, my options remain open.

So, Kris, do you experience any other work than subconscious processing in your dreams? Not to minimize the importance of that processing, just curious, if you want to share.

In any event, I am sure we all are
Blessed by the Sandman... ;-)

<description>Hi Lexi, great interview, I like the way you flow in the interview process. As well, I'm a big fan of Erin and enjoyed the post very much. Yet, I've always had an issue (not the best word) with lucid dreaming, maybe I need to email Erin for more clarification, I'm not sure the benefit of doing it. I can see that Erin's current path of psychic readings during lucid dreaming is an interesting idea and one that interests me. But, dreaming is so important for subconscious processing, why lucid dream? Why control the plot? What does control on the plot do to the subconscious if anything?

Just some ponderings. Great blog!
