I got screwed over as a child by the catholic church. It took a lot to undo there shame enslaving conditioning. I find It is necessary to avoid Catholics and those that call themselves Christian as they use shame to enslave. Now being responsible is about equanimity and caring honestly, being in the moment and leaving that God out of the equation. Thanks again.

Right now I'm being responsible by not going on with a situation that I already know won't be healthy or enjoyable in the future. That responsibility comes along with pain for needing to stop something that have just started and looked promising in many ways. I really don’t have much to add. You said it just perfect.
