A few days ago I did a lengthy CCT information gathering session because of my concerns with the Fire the Grid project. Among other things I was shown that the Earth herself is protected in the situation, but the human participants are not.

Humanity is at an evolutionary choice point. We are free to make our choices and take whatever the consequences of those choices may be. This is both an enormous opportunity and a hazard.

One of the results of this information gathering session was the following list of intentions, which I am using with CCT. If any of these intentions resonate for you, I invite you to work with them in whatever way you use for intentions.

For an explanation of some of the terms in these intentions you can refer to my post, Fire the Grid, Sincere But Misguided. Your comments are welcomed and appreciated.

Fire the Grid Movement

I have been watching the Fire the Grid movement for some time now. It is time for me to take a totally unpopular stance, rather like voting against motherhood and apple pie. So be it.

My perception is that this feel-good-save-the-earth-make-everything-better-movement is based on misunderstanding how consciousness evolves and how to support and assist that process effectively.

Well meant healing intentions are then misdirected into a path opposing what the founder of this movement and the vast majority of the participants seem to think they are doing.

Evolution of Consciousness

The evolution of consciousness requires a certain amount of chaos as old patterns dissolve in the course of bringing a new level of organization into being. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this process even if it is untidy and uncomfortable during that stage.

The Earth herself is going through a major transformation of consciousness and we are along for the ride this time. We are definitely not used to this level of chaos in our world.

If you have ever considered how a caterpillar must feel after making the chrysalis, this is it. Everything shifts and changes; reality seems dark and murky while confusions abound. Perhaps a longing for walking peacefully on green leaves stirs within the memory.

The Fire the Grid movement wants to fix it all this unpleasantness by beaming a huge amount of energy into the uncomfortable scary mess. Just blast that grid!

The chrysalis blows up. So much for the poor butterfly.

Drama/Trauma Configurations

In the past human spiritual consciousness has usually been stronger than that of the Earth, but this has recently changed. Not only is this disorienting to the human energy system, but the chaos occurring in this process stirs old drama/trauma patterns which have fused into humanity’s group fields.

Drama/trauma configurations fuse into physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies all at once when created by a sudden horrendous event, or sometimes cumulatively over a longer span of time with many lesser events occurring in an emotionally charged manner.

Healing cannot occur in any one of the bodies without it being simultaneously done in the others at the same time. Such problems can be intractable and unresponsive to healing because few methods exist for removing the configuration from all the bodies at once.

To give two quick personal examples, my mother’s suicide was of the sudden variety and it took 25 years to stop having nightmares about it. Growing up in grinding poverty was of the oft repeated lesser events variety and actually was no less difficult to dislodge. Fortunately CCT now is an efficient tool for dealing with such matters, but I did not have it to use then.

Free Will and Choice vs Drama/Trauma Stimulus

We currently live on a planet of free will and choice, but we are at a time of transition into an unknown cycle. A glance at the world is all that is necessary to confirm not everyone wants to honor free will and choice. There are those forces which would prefer to eliminate free will and choice to further their own ends.

While the morality and ethics of those who wish to eliminate free will and choice are questionable, the intelligence driving that effort is not. Considerable progress has been made in using drama/trauma configurations to propel actions that support enslavement.

Anything that triggers a fear response can be used, and humans are being conditioned to be ever more fearful. These stimuli can readily be used to sabotage well meant efforts.

Drama/Trauma Stimulus and Fire the Grid

We have a woman and her son who narrowly escaped death. Does this sound like it has any ingredients for a drama/trauma stimulus? Death is one of the easiest triggers to use, both for this woman and for those who hear her story.

Add to that equation the fact that such an experience takes time to integrate and assimilate. In lieu of that healing time, she received information about launching the Fire the Grid movement. Notice she did not come up with the exact time for this herself, but received it from beings she interpreted as benevolent.

I looked at the astrological chart for that time and it is appallingly well chosen for deceit and destruction. I will not go into the analysis here, but, as I said, the intelligence behind it is strong indeed.

Consequently, I see a movement populated by people I consider kindred spirits, people who are being skillfully aimed in utterly the wrong direction. That angers me more than anything else, that well intentioned people are being derailed in such a deliberately destructive manner.

The Earth’s Journey

What the Earth actually needs right now is our loving support and all the harmony we can share with her. The process within a chrysalis occurs in a protected, safe environment to prevent outside disruptions. A delicate and magical transformation occurs in the dark time of chaos within the chrysalis.

As a species we are prone to much arrogance, and we are totally arrogant to think we are smart enough to “fix” the enormous consciousness of the Earth. We need to remember humility and grace and perhaps notice the deeper, incredibly beautiful, reality that is unfolding before our fear blinded eyes.

Personally, I vote for the butterfly.

May the Earth be blessed in her transformation.

I have now posted a list of intentions that address the process of positive evolution of humanity at this time.

I have had some interesting responses to my post on Love, Fear, and Minorities. Some have agreed and some have disagreed, which is rather to be expected. Areas of disagreement are often where the most potential for new understanding lies, so I do not object to disagreement in itself.

I do object to people disagreeing, not with what I said, but with what they unilaterally invented in their own minds and then attributed to me. I had one woman write that she could “read between the lines” and said I was intolerant and judgmental. She sharply condemned me for what she imagined me saying, while claiming we should not be judgmental. She somehow construed what I wrote into the idea I am intolerant of Christians, Jews, and Hindus. That is quite a leap of imagination.

My main conclusion was that she was not having a conversation with me, but with some tangle in her own mind. As such, it did not constitute intelligent communication but was simply a way of dumping her garbage on me, where it does not belong.

Apparently she derailed at the point where I said something about “the judgmental and arrogant variety of Christian.” As I was talking about a Christian who is not judgmental and arrogant, it should be clearly obvious I don’t think all Christians have those qualities.

So what is the difference between Christians who are judgmental and arrogant and those Christians who are not? Frankly, it is the same difference between those who are judgmental and arrogant and those who are not in any group you want to name. All religions and other groups are composed of members who are actual human beings. As such, a wide range of behavior and attitude can always be expected, no matter what the ideal behavior might be.

The problem illustrates the distinction between essence and form. A form is simply a container of some kind, perhaps the physical organization of a certain religion. This form is enlivened by the essence of what its members bring to it.

A member who brings the essence of love is going to exhibit far different qualities than a member who brings the essence of fear, even though it outwardly takes the same form, such as being fellow Christians. Or Rotarians, or gardening club members, or whatever organized group you choose to examine.

The essence of fear generates a variety of attitudes, which can include judgment and arrogance, because being wrong has to be avoided at all costs. Sheer destruction is the result of being wrong from a fear based point of view.

The essence of love produces other qualities since it is not threatened by being wrong, but is open and embracing of other points of view, going to the heart within the form. Love has an abiding trust in the foundation of life and behaves accordingly.

Looking at extremes of behavior can be revealing indeed. Mother Theresa was a phenomenal example of love. Hers was not a wishy washy or weak expression of love, but a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-to-work love, a powerhouse of action.

Conversely, the tragic history between Protestants and Catholics in Ireland shows a different expression of religion, that of fear. Fear spiraled out of control and resulted in dreadful killings even though the ideal of the churches involved is not that of killing one another. Extremes of fear such as this are painfully difficult to undo or heal when embedded in the cultural history so deeply.

As human beings we each are capable of expressing the full potential of either love or fear in our lives but usually are a fluctuating mixture of both. Becoming more aware of how our words and actions reveal our underlying fear or love is the first step to becoming consciously responsible for choosing which way we express the essence of our approach to life.

I constantly use Crystalline Consciousness Technique™, also called CCT, on a daily basis for both personal and group healing and evolution. This new modality is a specific energy process designed to rapidly propel intentions into manifestation. While CCT works well on the personal level, it has its fullest expression in group matters. These groups can be family groups, business and workplace groups, community groups, clubs, and other kinds of organizations which have their own group identity.

The underlying philosophy of CCT provides insight into the ways an individual can bring healing intentions into any of the groups in which he or she participates. These concepts, while intrinsic to CCT, can be applied to other approaches if the individual is not trained in CCT and uses the Law of Attraction, prayer, or other methods.

At the heart of the CCT approach to group healing lies the concept of free will and choice and the fundamental importance of honoring free will and choice in others. Manipulative and invasive techniques are not part of this process because they violate that free will and choice. This in itself may initially appear to make it impossible for an individual to initiate a group healing.

Nothing could be farther from the truth. An important distinction has to be made between individuals and the groups to which they belong. Individuals have free will and choice so within the CCT process no one else may bring intentions for another adult. Parents have specific responsibilities for their children, so they can bring intentions for their young children.

Groups, however, have a different energy dynamic of their own. Above and beyond each of the individuals lies the larger group energy. Each member of the group participates in that group energy and can bring intentions into the group energy. These intentions are for the group energy dynamic, and not for specific individuals, who each carry their own personal intentions intact.

To give an example, a town may be experiencing a group controversy. One faction within the town may be using illegal and underhanded techniques to further their particular cause. Another faction may advocate full public disclosure and decision making.

The faction wanting public disclosure can approach this by bringing intentions for the town group energy such as, “Let the truth be revealed so right action follows.” This intention brings integrity to the public process without violating individual free will and choice. The individuals pursuing illegal manipulative techniques are entirely likely to continue lying and not honoring the truth, which is their choice.

However, the group dynamic of the town will then bring those lies into the open if the intention of letting the truth be revealed is properly activated. Consequently, the intention brought for the group will affect everyone in that group without violating their personal decision making.

That last sentence carries a kicker it is wise to consider. An intention brought for a group affects all members of the group equally in their participation in the group energy, not just the apparent “bad guys.” Those who bring the intentions will find unexpected changes for themselves as well as for the more obvious candidates in the situation. How does this work?

We are accustomed to viewing others with the concept of separation. I am myself and not that person over there. We further become judgmental when viewing those others. In terms of group energies, this approach dead ends in problems which defy easy solution.

Rather than blaming individuals for negative behaviors within our groups, another key concept for clear understanding is required. This concept is that any member of a group who appears to be causing a problem is actually only illustrating a problem that is within the group and also in all members of the group in some form.

This evaporates the blame game and allows new and useful ways to regard problem members in our groups, as well as look at ourselves individually in the mirror and work on what we see there.

Fred or Sally is communicating poorly? This is an indicator the entire group has a problem with communication. Other individuals may have the pattern showing in more subtle ways, but the problem inevitably will be present in some form.

The solution is not to “fix” Fred or Sally, but to address the basic communication problem within the whole group that those individuals are publicly demonstrating. The intention is not for Fred or Sally to communicate better, which would violate their individual choices, but instead to bring the intention for clear communications within the group. The clear communication intention for the group dynamic opens new and unexpected possibilities for all the individuals participating in the group and simultaneously brings powerful healing to the group communication patterns.

Since intentions steer the process, developing intentions which accurately target the desired result is crucial. In Crystalline Consciousness Technique™ these intentions are stated in completely positive terms because the energy body ignores negatives. However, if it is difficult to identify the appropriate intention for a situation, one can simply ask, “What do I not want?” An answer immediately appears. The next question is, “What would be the best replacement for what I do not want?” That answer is the intention.

Refining intentions constitutes a creative art in itself and I will discuss it further in another article.

At the heart of this process lies personal responsibility. We are responsible for our personal choices and the resulting consequences, and we are also responsible for our contributions to our groups and those consequences as well. Fortunately we can continue to bring healing into our group dynamics so those consequences are more and more positive ones as we proceed with the process.

No Love for Minority

It has been an unusual week in many respects. For one thing, I watched the Oprah after show for the Academy Awards. This may not sound especially remarkable but I have not seen the Academy Awards in many years and remain largely unaware of the candidates for it. It is an area of life that does not much interest me.

But I was at dinner at a friend’s house when my husband went to the study to teach her husband how to tie flies. She invited me to watch the Oprah after show with her.

This woman is a heart centered individual whose loving qualities I greatly admire. She is a Christian and I avoid entangling myself with organized religion these days. But she does her sincere best to live her beliefs and expand her spiritual qualities on a daily basis, rather than being the judgmental and arrogant variety of Christian, so I thoroughly enjoy her company.

Therefore I was surprised when she burst forth with a short tirade about Ellen DeGeneres hosting the Awards show. My friend said she thought we as a society could come up with a better role model for our children than that and expressed how tired she was of having homosexual and lesbian lifestyles shoved at her.

I was not struck so much by her words as much as by the dissonance in her energy when she spoke. My friend has worked with children her entire career and truly loves them. I heard none of that love in her words, reminding me of the Corinthian passage about speaking without love being “as a sounding brass.”

What I felt was a distinct fear in her words. As the conversation continued I mildly pointed out that if she was around Ellen DeGeneres in person, she would treat her like any other human being. She paused and agreed with me. As I said, she really is a loving person.

When we watched the show I saw her soften towards DeGeneres and she commented on how pretty her eyes are. When seeing the individual, her heart did open.

That is not enough for some people, who can remain in fear based aggressiveness even when seeing an individual human being who differs from them in some way.

Fear and Minority Sensitivities

Minorities therefore receive a great deal of fearful and hateful behavior, which can make it terribly difficult both for them and for anyone trying to relate to them in a peaceful way. If one is not a member of the minority, be careful indeed!

I once was friends with a couple of Little People, as they call themselves. Dwarf in stature both had experienced great unpleasantness in their efforts to live in a world of taller people.

Jane once went to a job interview; the interviewer took her coat and hung it while greeting her pleasantly. The interview seemed to go well and when she was about to leave, he unexpectedly refused to take her coat down for her. He stood there laughing as she jumped and jumped until she managed to retrieve her coat.

Every minority takes the brunt of experiences akin to that. The resulting sensitivity can be intense, and Dick, Jane’s husband, did not handle his extreme sensitivity well. What he really wanted was to be treated like anyone else, but I found I could not safely do that with him even though I could with Jane.

When I first knew him I was always aware of his short height. As I became better acquainted with him, I would forget about it until he stood up from a seated position and I was startled into noticing his height again. After awhile even that no longer registered and I simply related to him as I would anyone else.

That is when I got into big trouble with him. I cannot tell you exactly how many ways in English one can make a casual statement that a short person can take totally wrong if they are of a mind to do so, but it seemed like an unlimited number to me.

I found the only way I could get along with Dick peacefully was to never forget for one second about his height. I had to edit every word I said around him so nothing could possibly be mistaken for a derogatory statement. It was sad because Dick wanted so much to be accepted without regard for his height but his deep wounds made it impossible for him to recognize that behavior when it actually happened.

I have encountered this with other minorities in different ways. Black roommates in college also were quick to misinterpret behavior. When I lived in the San Juan Islands, a substantial lesbian population was there and as a jeweler I have also known quite a few gay jewelers. The gay men were the least reactive to me, perhaps because I was hardly on their radar at all.

I am not enamored of the casual sexual encounters that can be part of the gay lifestyle, nor of the male bashing I often heard from some of the lesbians, but overall I am neutral with both those groups. I have made wedding rings for such couples from time to time as well as rings for mixed race couples. I also created a considerable assortment of jewelry for a couple who occasionally appeared on the Playboy channel discussing their sado-masochistic practices.

As far as I could tell, these were all just human beings doing the best they knew with their lives and often quite lovingly at that. Surprisingly enough that includes the S&M couple who thought the cornerstone of their practice was taking care of each other. This was a concept that somewhat eluded me but I could see they meant it.

Group Issues with Love and Fear

I don’t find it surprising some members of these groups become strident and militant when they decide to resist the barrage of negative judgment and ugly attitudes heaped upon them by the rest of society. Fear and hatred seems to beget more fear and hatred, so an aggressive response is a natural response, even if not an ideal one.

What sort of example does this behavior really set for our children? Perhaps militant and strident individuals standing up for their differences might reassure a child who encounters trouble over her own differences from what others want to see. That would not be such a horrible result.

At the crux of the whole matter is whether we choose to stand in heart centered love or stand in fear and hatred of our fellow man. It is not our place to judge the path others take; we simply have to attend to our own. And each of us makes the choice between love and fear on a daily basis.

My friend who invited me to watch the show has largely mastered relating with love to individuals without judgment, but the group issues apparently are a challenge still. More and more I find people work through many of their individual challenges and healings and promptly run headlong into the thornier group issues.

But the same principles apply, just ratcheted up to a new level of complexity and a new level of opportunity as well. In my next post I will explore some avenues of group healing but in the meantime I shall end with questions which concern me.

What would happen if we collectively opened our hearts in love to the minority groups? As yet it is mostly hit or miss even individually, but what profound healing could occur if we managed to learn this on the group level? How can we facilitate widespread group healing?
